Questions salons ask
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Not on new clients, not on online bookings, not ever. We don't run a marketplace, so the clients who book with you are yours.
Who counts as a "person taking bookings"?
Anyone with a column in your diary. Receptionists and managers who only sign in don't count; they come under staff sign-ins.
What about card fees?
You connect your own Stripe account and pay Stripe's standard rates directly. Deposits and payments go straight to you. We never hold your money.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly (or yearly if you prefer two months free). Cancel whenever you like and download all your data first.
Can you move my clients and bookings from Fresha, Booksy or another system?
Yes, free on every plan. Send us the export from your current system and we'll bring in your clients, services and future appointments.
What happens after the free trial?
During the trial everything is on. Before it ends we'll show you exactly what your chosen plan and add-ons will cost. If you don't choose, you move to the Free plan and keep all your records.
